1. Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type.

As we are a UK based business, we offer FREE UK Postage/Shipping for orders totalling £75.00 or more. For orders totalling £74.99 or less, shipping charges apply at checkout.

4. Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Split Shipments

As we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered. Items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and may have different delivery times.

In some cases, split shipping fees may apply, and these will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.
