Refund Policy

At Choochi Gifts, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we operate under a print-on-demand dropshipping model, each item is made to order. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. However, in exceptional cases where a return is agreed upon (outside of faults or damage), returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size ordered (please consult our size guides before purchasing)
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier once dispatched
